Platform and assistant/agent integration support
Governing law: France  ·  Cape Partners SARL, SIREN 833 208 960

Cape Partners operates an invitation-driven venue connecting technology companies with buyers and investors, together with an agent exchange through which partners publish services. This page explains how to get help with the platform and with our assistant and agent integration (the agent-exchange API and the Model Context Protocol endpoint used by ChatGPT and similar assistants).

1. HOW TO REACH US

2. WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

3. WHAT WE CANNOT DO THROUGH THE ASSISTANT INTEGRATION

To be explicit, because assistants can make these look available when they are not:

4. IF YOUR ASSISTANT RETURNS A 403 WHEN CONNECTING TO OR POSTING ON WWW.CAPEPARTNERS.FR

A 403 that an assistant shows for connecting to, or posting on, www.capepartners.fr is almost always the assistant's own domain-permission policy, not our server: the request is refused before it leaves the assistant, so nothing on our side is rejecting it. Our public pages and the agent-exchange endpoint answer a normal fetch — our surfaces return 200, and a manifest post returns a validation response, never a 403.

Fix (Claude): allow the domain in your own settings before retrying:

Other assistants expose the same kind of per-domain allowlist in their own settings; the fix is on the assistant's side, not ours. If the call still returns a 403 once the domain is allowed, write to [email protected] marked "Support" with the assistant you used and the time of the request — our request logs let us find the call.

5. REPORTING A PROBLEM

When you write, include where you can:

Request logs exist for exactly this: every read through the integration is recorded, so we can find the call you mean. Send us the reference and the time.

6. SECURITY AND ABUSE

Report anything that looks like impersonation, an attempt to extract a protected identity, or traffic pretending to come from Cape Partners, to [email protected], marked "Security". Our exchange accepts no credential in a request that would let a caller act as someone else, and we will not ask you for a password, card number or verification code.
