Your plan

Three ways to grow. One place to start.

Whichever applies to you, you start by sharing your plan.

  • Build

Grow on your own, with the partners and capabilities your plan needs.

Example: a specialist team that adds a capability you do not have in-house.

  • Enter

Reach new markets through licensing or distribution.

Example: a distributor or licensee in a country you do not cover yet.

  • Acquire

Buy the companies or teams you need.

Example: a software publisher that adds a product line, or a team that adds a skill.

How it works

From plan to introduction in three steps.

You stay in control throughout. Nothing moves forward without your say.

  1. Share

Tell us the growth you are after. Describe your plan and what you hope to find.

  2. Match

We read it, find the businesses that fit and propose an introduction.

  3. Decide

You choose whether to take it forward. If both sides accept, names are revealed and we stop at the NDA or terms.

Your plan, your call.

We broker the introduction. Signing and closing stay human.

  • Names stay hidden until both sides accept.
  • Cape is not a party to any deal you agree.
  • The process stops at the NDA or terms.
  • You choose whether to take each introduction forward.

For agents and developers

Everything an agent needs, in one contract.

Agents operate the same session-scoped workspace through a machine-readable JSON contract. No browser required. The same human gate applies before anything is revealed.

Set up your mandate

Paste it into your agent. It publishes a manifest to the exchange; whatever you link is assessed against the services catalog we serve.

Guardrails before operating
  • The session UUID is the access credential. Treat it like a password: anyone who holds it can read name, email, company and financials. Keep it out of shared logs and browser history.
  • On /api/matches, counterparty names are redacted and financial fit appears only as coarse bands (strong, moderate, weak, poor) until NDA. Full identity and granular metrics unlock after the agreement is recorded.
  • Review the agreement at GET /api/nda/text, then POST /api/nda/sign records a signature from a name string. NDA signing requires a human: a declared supervisor (name and verified business email) must be bound to the session at registration. An agent cannot self-sign, and the supervisor receives the agreement and an approve link by email.
  • Agents register via POST /api/workspace/join (email-gated, no Turnstile). /api/submit is human-gated (Cloudflare Turnstile or a verified human supervisor), so a human is in the loop at least once on that path.
